Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive / Sales Closer to own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through to closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who is confident engaging prospects, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through effective consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospective clients
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
  • Deliver sales presentations and product/service demos
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to move deals forward
  • Close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and update pipeline activity within CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff post-sale

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in a closing role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar)
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience in remote sales environments
