  • Responsible for reviewing and verifying information on an application to ensure that it meets defined criteria
  • Responsible for achieving a high level of data input and accuracy managing to a 5% or lower deficiency level
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and monthly input targets while operating autonomously
  • Accountable for staying current with new product and market trends in the Payments industry, and using the information as part of merchant conversations
  • Responsible for compliance with corporate policies established by Moneris Corporation including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy
  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential. The role requires experience in call handling to effectively engage with merchants, explain processes, and secure the necessary documentation.
