Your Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications that support Quality Management, Environment Health & Safety, Food Safety, Risk Management, Compliance, and other digital solutions.
• Research, analyze, and deliver software projects from concept through implementation while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain Java-based applications, documenting technical designs, code, and operational procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and clients to gather business requirements, design technical solutions, and support product installations, configuration, and user training.
• Provide technical support, identify software improvements, and contribute to continuous innovation by leveraging modern technologies and development best practices.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java/JEE development.
• Solid experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with XML, including XPath and XQuery.
• Experience in Mobile Application Development.
• Experience with Liferay Development.
• Familiarity with software version control tools and technical support.
• Client-facing implementation experience and exposure to AI tools and technologies.
