Senior Associates (Tax Forms) - Client Accounting
Job Responsibilities
Describe the job role and the day to day tasks involved. The role is part of a team with planned ongoing growth, servicing financial services vehicles in the U.S., Cayman Islands, Ireland, Singapore and other offshore jurisdictions. Role will be responsible for all or some of the following:
•
Be responsible for preparation, review and maintenance of a high volume of US IRS tax administration forms and corporate registrations for a large number of entities in 40+ jurisdictions;
•
Respond to internal stakeholder queries promptly, accurately and with a high degree of professionalism;
•
Ensure that all tax forms and registrations are performed and reviewed in accordance with established protocols;
•
Be responsible for calling the IRS and accurately transcribing information received;
•
Be expected to perform other duties including maintaining trackers on MS-Excel, preparing weekly/ monthly reports, billing & invoicing and maintaining proper records of client work;
•
Provide timely and accurate status updates to ensure deadlines are met;
•
Display a strong team focus and willingness to assist other team members when required; and • Ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required. Comprehensive training on US IRS tax administration forms and protocols will be provided.
Qualifications

University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

Prior Experience
Describe the prior working experience a candidate should have
• At least 3 years of professional work experience
• Previous financial services, investment industry or accounting experience is a plus
