Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Program Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals and core values.
  • Design, launch, and manage programs, campaigns, and events (both digital and in-person) that drive active participation and build community.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the [employee / stakeholder / customer] experience by staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Communication & Outreach

  • Create compelling content for various channels, including newsletters, intranet portals, social media, and direct communications.
  • Act as a central point of contact, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating open dialogue between leadership and target audiences.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external partners, and community leaders to amplify engagement efforts.

Event & Initiative Management

  • Coordinate town halls, workshops, focus groups, and networking events from conception to execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of engagement initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships related to engagement events.

Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of engagement programs.
  • Conduct surveys, polls, and feedback sessions to gather actionable insights from target audiences.
  • Analyze data and prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role (e.g., community management, employee engagement, public relations, or stakeholder relations).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with engagement platforms, survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Typeform), and standard office software (Microsoft Workspace / Google Workspace).
