Job Duties
- Perform high-accuracy data entry and job scoping as the primary first step in the Altus business workflow.
- Process and manage data entry for permit applications, ensuring all regulatory requirements are documented correctly.
- Maintain and update complex QLD operational spreadsheets to ensure real-time tracking of business activities.
- Update tracking models as required to provide visibility into project status and operational performance.
- Provide general administrative support to the planning team to facilitate smooth daily operations.

- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, with a specific focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and complex business processes in a short timeframe.
- Ability to thrive and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and open entrepreneurial environment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive data tasks with 100% accuracy.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role within a logistics or planning environment.
- Strong interest in career progression toward an Entry Level Planner role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with data tracking models and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with permit application processes or similar regulatory documentation workflows.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing to broader departmental goals.
