    Job Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly sales target.
    • Deliver high quality, sustainable sales in the defined market.
    • Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
    • Stay current with the industry trending and market conditions to position Moneris as a value added.

    Prior Experience

    • Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably graduates of any Marketing or Business course
    • Working experience in sales – primarily outbound sales; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year
    • Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry
    • Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Hardworking and trainable
    • Pleasing and outgoing personality.
