Job Responsibilities

Describe the job role and the day to day

tasks involved.

The Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound will perform a range of data entry

duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry,

reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in

communicating with clients(outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and

entering client’s documents into the tax software system to support the

tax preparation team.

Prior Experience
