Your Role:

As a Planning & Permits Data Amin, you will be responsible for:

1. Ensure all job requests given by POC's are adhered to in accordance with the set time frames made by the requester.

2. Assist in conducting training for newly hired Planning & Permits Data Admin

3. Gives input in how to measure performance and changes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the Planning & Permits Team.

4.Update all trackers in a timely manner for EOD reporting.

5. Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement

What You Need:

Non-Negotiable Requirements

1. Highly developed software skills in Microsoft 365 Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

2. Broad knowledge in the Data admin/Entry Task.

3. Flexible with additional duties as directed
