Your Role:

As a Fund Accounting Supervisor, you will:

• Prepare and review complex net asset valuations (NAV) for a diverse portfolio of hedge funds.
• Liaise with lawyers, investment managers, and prime brokers across international jurisdictions to manage administrative functions.
• Ensure all client relationships remain compliant with internal policies, legal regulations, and risk management requirements.
• Mentor junior staff by providing technical training, guidance, and monitoring attendance and reliability.
• Report critical business issues and project updates to the VP/SVP or Senior Project Manager.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of specialized experience in Hedge Funds or Private Equity (or 7–10 years in Financial Services).
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership traits characterized by ethics, reliability, and Exacting Excellence.
• Pro-active, self-starter mindset with extreme attention to detail.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Technical proficiency in the Advent Geneva system.
• Experience in international regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Proven track record in managing complex client-facing administrative functions.
• Advanced project reporting skills.
