Roles and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of team leads such as Supervisor (“SUP”), and Assistant Vice President (“AVP”), Associates – Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary provide services to internal stakeholders as follows:
Revenue Opportunities
▪ ensure the review completion of assigned contracts, and accurate identification of service caps stipulated within for applicable services/matters;
▪ properly execute timesheet review for applicable matters according to identified action codes;
▪ work with colleagues to ensure quality control is established for each jurisdiction;
▪ enhance, and streamline the overall revenue opportunities process; and
▪ perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of Senior Associates, as necessary.
Delaware Entity Services/Global Entity Services
▪ accurately identify digital documents, and prepare digital mail drafts referencing on client protocols, and client notes;
▪ appropriately prepare fee templates based on reports downloaded from our internal accounting system;
▪ properly rename, and file evidence, and invoices received from the State of Delaware for applicable service requests into our internal file management system;
▪ assist with planning, and communication with internal stakeholders;
▪ work with colleagues in enhancing the workstream focusing on risk control, and efficiency; and
▪ perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of Senior Associates, as necessary.
Docusign/Document Filing
▪ ensure the accurate, and timely preparation of Docusign envelopes for internal stakeholders based on tailored requests;
▪ properly rename, and file documents into our internal file management system whilst referencing on the established Fiduciary guidelines;
▪ work with colleagues in enhancing the workstream focusing on risk control, and efficiency; and
▪ perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of Senior Associates, as necessary.
Training and Development
▪ demonstrating a commitment to acquiring new capabilities, and constantly striving to improve performance;
▪ proactively seeking out, and taking advantage of training and development opportunities; and
▪ developing a continuous learning plan with the consent of the team leads.
Risk Management
▪ acting in accordance with legal, regulator, and internal risk management requirements, including complying with all MFS policies and procedures, and internal guidance notes; and
▪ reporting business issues to the Senior Vice President, and Global Head of Service Line.

▪ understanding, and speaking knowledgably about the firm’s services, and their value;
▪ developing personal networks inside, and outside the firm for the benefit of the firm;
▪ delivering engagements on time, and to the client’s full satisfaction;

▪ ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required.
