About the job Customer Service Representative
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS with policyholders, claimants, carriers, and vendors
Provide status updates on insurance claims and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Assist in claim intake, data entry, and documentation within internal systems (CRM/claims platforms)
Follow up on outstanding claims, documents, and payments
Coordinate with adjusters and internal team members to ensure smooth claim processing
Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team member
Deliver a high level of customer service aligned with Performance Adjusting’s client-first approach
