  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS with policyholders, claimants, carriers, and vendors

  • Provide status updates on insurance claims and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner

  • Assist in claim intake, data entry, and documentation within internal systems (CRM/claims platforms)

  • Follow up on outstanding claims, documents, and payments

  • Coordinate with adjusters and internal team members to ensure smooth claim processing

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken

  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team member

  • Deliver a high level of customer service aligned with Performance Adjusting’s client-first approach
