Responsibilities:

• Update new Quotations in WinBEAT
• Premium Funding Rollover
• Renewal
• Transfer renewal
• bind a policy
• complete the correct email to the Account Manager
• Save all communications in the Document Management
• System (DMS).
• Update the renewal spreadsheet for the Account Manager
• Full term/end term cancellations
• renewal policy amendments as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent reading and writing in English, and good numeracy are the only essential skills.
• Familiarity with the concepts of insurance business may assist an employee to get up to speed more quickly; but the right person will pick it up very quickly.
