Your Role:

As a Back-End Developer, you will:
Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend applications and APIs.
Translate business requirements into efficient server-side logic and database structures.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing backend services to improve performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in backend development using languages such as Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Proficiency with Git and standard development workflows

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT)
Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems
Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
