Job Duties

  • Perform precise measurements of roof and wall files using specialized software to meet technical quality standards.
  • Execute rework and "redo" tasks on rejected files, iteratively improving them until they pass final Quality Control (QC) checks.
  • Coordinate with team leads and other site members to analyze complex sitemaps or similar property structures.
  • Encode daily productivity and quality metrics into shared team spreadsheets to ensure transparent progress tracking.
  • Proactively communicate with supervisors regarding file discrepancies, technical issues, or deadline constraints.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret and measure spatial data accurately.
  • Proven ability to work through "rework" cycles with patience and a high commitment to quality.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking metrics and navigating shared team sheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, specifically in identifying errors that could lead to QC failures.
  • Ability to follow standardized processes and strictly adhere to "house rules" and performance improvement plans.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Prior experience in CAD, architectural drafting, or digital property measurement (e.g., EagleView, Hover, or Xactimate).
  • Familiarity with construction or roofing terminology (e.g., pitch, facets, eave, rake).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet daily quotas and turn-around time (TAT) requirements in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills for brainstorming solutions on complex or non-standard sitemaps.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset when receiving feedback during the QC and audit process.
