Your Role:

As a D365 Developer / Consultant, you will:
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and enhance D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service).
Develop integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Support system implementation, upgrades, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP/CRM solutions.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement)
Strong experience in D365 customization, configuration, and development
Proficiency in relevant technologies such as X++, C#, JavaScript, or Power Platform
Experience with system integrations and API-based development

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
Understanding of ERP/CRM business processes
Experience in system implementation, migration, or upgrade projects
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
