Your Role:

As a Employer Onboarding Specialist, you will:

• Employer Outreach & Engagement: Contact employer HR, payroll, and benefits contacts who have received employee novated leasing requests to initiate partnership discussions.
• Platform Onboarding & Setup: Guide employer stakeholders through the end-to-end platform onboarding workflow, collecting necessary agreements and configuring account parameters.
• Payroll & Tax Education: Educate employer payroll and finance teams on salary sacrifice mechanics, pre-tax/post-tax payroll deductions, report reconciliations, and employer tax considerations.
• Virtual Presentations & Briefings: Conduct professional virtual onboarding sessions and platform walkthroughs for employer teams via Microsoft Teams.
• Cross-Functional Transition: Partner with Sales, Channel Partnerships, Compliance, and Operations/Settlements teams to transition employers smoothly from onboarding to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
• CRM & Record Administration: Maintain detailed records of employer interactions, onboarding pipeline stages, and document verification status within internal CRM systems.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Client Onboarding & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven background in B2B client onboarding, corporate account management, implementation, or relationship-focused sales support.
• Phone & Virtual Presentation Mastery: Exceptional verbal presentation and stakeholder management skills to explain financial and operational concepts clearly via phone and video calls.
• Financial & Payroll Literacy: Strong ability to learn, interpret, and articulate payroll workflows, salary packaging deductions, and corporate administrative requirements.
• CRM & Pipeline Governance: High attention to detail in updating CRM platforms, tracking onboarding stages, and archiving compliance documentation.
• Proactive Account Ownership: Self-driven ability to manage a pipeline of prospective corporate accounts and independently resolve employer hesitation or operational blockers.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior exposure to Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, Employee Benefits, or Australian Payroll/FBT frameworks.
• Experience engaging with Australian employer groups, HR managers, and payroll/finance departments.
• Practical familiarity with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual meeting tools (MS Teams).
• Background within a financial services group, BPO, or fintech platform environment.
