Job Title: CCTV Monitoring Staff

Role Overview:
The CCTV Monitoring Staff is responsible for overseeing live video feeds and alarm systems from a central command center. The primary goal is to identify suspicious behavior, verify security alerts (motion, tripwire, or heat sensors), and coordinate immediate responses through on-site audio interventions or by dispatching emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Monitoring: Observe multiple live camera streams to detect unauthorized access, loitering, or criminal activity.
- Alarm Verification: Analyze AI-triggered alerts (e.g., motion sensors, line-crossing, or facial recognition) to distinguish between genuine threats and false alarms.
- Remote Guard Tours: Conduct "virtual patrols" by switching between cameras at scheduled intervals to ensure site integrity.
- Health Checks: Regularly check that cameras, and network connections are fully operational.
- Troubleshooting: Report equipment malfunctions (e.g., blurry lenses, lost feeds, or power failures) to the technical team.
- Incident Logs: Maintain detailed, timestamped logs of all alarms, suspicious activities, and actions taken.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or command center environments.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, camera layouts, and monitoring protocols.
- Familiarity with incident reporting tools and case management systems.
- Ability to translate operational procedures into clear training content.
