Your Role:

As a Finance Analyst, you will:

  • Manage and process massive datasets, applying advanced cleanup and organization techniques to ensure high data quality.
  • Set up and maintain complex customer pricing and subcontractor rate structures to ensure contract compliance and prevent billing errors.
  • Manage data mapping and system look-up tables to ensure accurate transformation and integration between various business platforms.
  • Troubleshoot project setup errors and budget requests to ensure system data reflects operational reality.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles while assisting team leads with tracking key performance metrics.
  • Maintain strict change control procedures and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Expert-Level Excel Proficiency: Must pass a technical assessment focused on complex data structures, cleaning, and advanced analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated financial or analytical role with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or finance-related systems (specifically Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce).
  • Educational Background: Minimum 2-year college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to translate data issues and project updates across Finance, IT, and Operations departments.


Preferred skills/expertise

  • Direct experience with Oracle ERP systems is a significant advantage.
  • Proven background in process documentation and supporting complex financial audits.
  • Experience in project-based metrics and high-level financial analysis.
  • Deep understanding of "Order-to-Cash" cycles and operational business fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage "special projects" and communicate high-impact processing events to leadership.
