Position Overview

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and successful execution of customer-facing technical projects within the Technical Services Consulting team. These projects include server migrations and version upgrades, product deployments.

The Project Coordinator works closely with Technical Consultants, internal stakeholders, and customers to manage timelines, documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Close collaboration with Project Managers remains essential for overall project alignment and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical service consulting projects, including migrations, upgrades, and product deployments
  • Build collaborative relationships with customers, technical consultants, and internal teams to support successful delivery
  • Support the intake of technical project requests and maintain accurate project tracking documentation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate internal resources, and track deliverables using standardised tools
  • Organise and document project meetings, including actions, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation to stakeholders, ensuring version control and consistency
  • Monitor progress against milestones and proactively flag risks or delays to the Manager, Technical Services Consulting
  • Act as a central point of contact for coordination and communication across technical stakeholders
  • Support the team in continuous improvement of tools, templates, and workflows to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on integrated projects to ensure alignment with project governance
  • Assist with reporting on project status, metrics, and team capacity for leadership visibility

Qualifications

Foundation level qualifications in either PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management (Desirable).

Experience

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Resource Manager, or similar role ideally within an IT or software organisation
  • Hands-on experience with project plans, technical documentation, and schedules.
  • Able to demonstrate prior experience in a project administrator or scheduling role in a technology or service provider organisation.
  • Passionate and committed to delivering service excellence.

  • Knowledge of project management software.
  • Familiar with IT terminology and technology.
