JOB DESCRIPTION – Refund Operator Role
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting
Experience in accounts reconciliation and refunds management is an
advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite esp excel.
Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Has great attention to details with good working attitude and ethics
Has the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• University degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer
refunds to achieve productivity metrics.
You will put a keen eye for the computational details with a high level of
accuracy in processing refunds and discounts to end customers.
You will ensure that cases are worked on daily to meet internal service level
agreements.
You will communicate with Payment Services Provides/Billing and Refunds
Manager for issues encountered.
You will perform other related duties as assigned by the Billing and Refunds
Manager
