   • Microkeeper uses Manatal as a recruitment service platform. Manatal acts as our data processor, collecting and storing the personal information that you submit during the application process.
2. Transfer of Information
   • Your personal information (as noted above) will be transferred to Manatal’s platform to facilitate reviewing, processing, and evaluating your candidacy.
3. Manatal’s Terms & Conditions
   • Please review Manatal’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to understand how Manatal manages data, including data retention, security, and any user obligations. By applying to Microkeeper’s roles via Manatal, you acknowledge and agree that you are also subject to Manatal’s T&Cs.

6. Data Retention

• Unsuccessful Applications: Microkeeper may retain your personal information for a reasonable period after the recruitment process to consider you for future roles or as required by law. If you prefer not to be considered for future roles, please inform us, and we will remove your details where legally permissible.
• Successful Applications: If you are hired, the data you provided may form part of your employee file and be retained in accordance with our internal records management policies and legal obligations.
