Brief Overview of the Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving higher performance for our clients omnichannel sales across stores, web, and app through strategic approaches on digital marketing channels. This role involves building long-term marketing strategies, streamlining marketing operations, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering a high-performing marketing team. The candidate will work closely with global marketing leaders and external advisors to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of digital media channels, optimizing customer growth, retention, and overall engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for e-commerce,including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against e-commerce goals (ROI and KPIs).

E-Commerce Strategy Development:

  • Create and execute performance marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Advanced-Data Analysis:

  • Utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and e-commerce metrics.

Collaborative Efforts:

  • Work closely with the product, design, and content teams to create compelling e-commerce landing pages and enhance the user experience.
  • Align digital marketing campaigns with overall e-commerce and business strategies.

Creative Content and Engagement:

Develop innovative growth strategies through creative and engaging digital marketing content.

Manage and maintain the social media presence to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing successful PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • campaigns for e-commerce platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,
  • WebTrends).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
