Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Program Manager to lead and enhance our collections initiatives. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure the quality and performance of projects, driving transformation and efficiency in our collections processes.
Key Responsibility:
1. Analyze the collections funnel to identify and implement initiatives that improve collections efficiency and align with strategic goals.
2. Develop and manage program initiatives to enhance overall collections performance and achieve business objectives.
3. Monitor daily allocation and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for improved efficiency.
4. Present regular updates to management on collections efficiency, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any deviations from the status quo.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation through the implementation of new technologies in audit, governance, and compliance.
6. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors, managing budgets to achieve established goals.
7. Run the command center to ensure daily performance aligns with strategic targets and objectives.
8. Design channel and secondary allocation strategies to optimize last-mile collections.
9. Run pilots for various initiatives, such as in-housing, and measure their success to inform future strategies.
10. Identify cohorts for targeted initiatives and design strategies to enhance collections outcomes.
11. Provide monthly product performance reporting, updating reporting decks, and conducting management reviews to inform decision-making.
12. Support product managers through market analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive product success.

Knowledge: Expertise in collections, product analysis, and the ability to integrate and analyze information for management presentations.

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in business or product development, with the last 2-3 years specifically in collection management (preferably in two-wheeler loans).
