Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Consulting Manager/Industry Lead to be a part of our Talent Solutions Consulting practice, focusing on rewards, talent, and organizational effectiveness. This role involves leading client engagements, delivering innovative solutions, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibility:
1. Lead sectors/sub-sectors for business growth and client management.
2. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
3. Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Manage and deliver complex projects to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes for clients.
5. Lead process improvements to optimize project delivery and client engagement.
6. Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and foster a collaborative work environment.
7. Contribute to thought leadership by developing content and participating in industry events to enhance brand reputation.
8. Demonstrate expertise in one or more Talent Solutions areas
9. Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decision-making and client advisory.
10. Utilize advanced analytics to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making for clients.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and achieve project goals.
12. Stay updated with industry trends to ensure our consulting solutions remain innovative and competitive.

Knowledge: Deep expertise in compensation and benefits design, rewards benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive design, and talent management.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, project management, client relationship management, and solution design.
Attitude: Independent, proactive, solution-oriented, committed to continuous learning and improvement, team player and multitasking.
Qualifications: Full Time Masters in Human Resources or related discipline. 7-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits, rewards strategy design, job evaluation, incentive design, and talent management projects.
