Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR consultant to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance HR processes, leveraging expertise from top consulting firms.
Key Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement organizational design strategies to align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Business Development - Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming. Understands client requirements, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed and customizes basis feedback.
3. Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct competency design initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
6. Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.
7. Lead career path development projects to support employee growth and retention.
8. Analyze HR effectiveness data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
9. Provide expert guidance on HR best practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in HR consulting services.
11. Mentor and develop junior consultants to build a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
12. Manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of atleast two out of the following: organizational design, performance management, competency frameworks, and HR effectiveness.
Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and project management expertise.
Attitude: Strategic, innovative, and client-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality HR solutions.
Qualifications: Full time masters in Human Resources or similar discipline. 7-10 years of experience in HR consulting, preferably with a background in Big 4 consulting firms.
