Job Title: Program Manager - Strategy and Innovation Collections
Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Program Manager to lead and enhance our collections initiatives. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to maintain quality and performance in our collections processes. The role will manage the Unsecured portfolio of the write off cases (Bucket 6+) primarily in Personal Loan / Business Loan and Partnership Finance
Key Responsibility:
1. Analyze the collections funnel to identify and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and align with strategic goals.
2. Develop and manage budgets for projects to ensure financial accountability and achievement of established goals.
3. Present regular updates to management on collections efficiency, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any deviations from the status quo.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation and implement new technologies across audit, governance, and customer service.
5. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
6. Monitor daily allocation and performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
7. Design channel allocation strategies to optimize the last mile strategy and improve process outcomes.
8. Run pilots for various initiatives, such as in-housing, to measure success and refine strategies.
9. Identify cohorts for targeted initiatives to enhance team performance and learning.
10. Run a command center to track daily performance against created strategies and targets.
11. Provide monthly product performance reporting to support product managers with market analysis and forecasting.
12. Update reporting decks and conduct management reviews to ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Knowledge: Expertise in collections, product analysis, and the ability to integrate and analyze information for management presentations.

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in business or product development, with the last 2-3 years specifically in collection management (preferably in two-wheeler loans).
