Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR)

Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Head of Human Resources to lead strategic HR initiatives in our AI/ML-driven organization. This role is pivotal in attracting, retaining, and developing world-class tech talent, fostering a culture of innovation, and implementing advanced HR technologies to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibility:

1. Develop and execute an HR roadmap aligned with the company’s AI/ML-driven business objectives to drive strategic growth.

2. Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team on workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership development to ensure alignment with business goals.

3. Partner with business leaders to create a future-ready workforce strategy for high-growth AI/ML operations to support organizational expansion.

4. Build robust talent acquisition strategies for sourcing top-tier AI/ML, data science, and tech talent to strengthen the talent pool.

5. Drive recruitment for both technical and business roles across geographies to meet diverse hiring needs.

6. Establish university partnerships and innovation labs to develop an AI/ML talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of skilled professionals.

7. Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction to improve retention rates.

8. Develop comprehensive retention frameworks to minimize attrition among high-demand tech roles to maintain workforce stability.

9. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement in employee experience to foster a positive work environment.

10. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to support organizational development.

11. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a globally representative workforce to enhance cultural diversity.

12. Lead organizational change initiatives to support the fast-paced evolution of AI/ML projects to ensure adaptability and resilience.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML landscapes and talent ecosystems, global HR practices, and cross-border team management.

Skills: Proven expertise in HR tech platforms, people analytics, HR automation, exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Attitude: Strategic, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications: 12–18 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in AI/ML or advanced tech environments.
