What you'll do as Polish Customer Support Advisor?

  • Handling customer request regarding wide range of sports products via phone and chat
  • Providing accurate information and maintain detailed case notes
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets
