MGM Muthu Hotels is a leading hotel group of Europe and we are looking for a Customer Care Representative for our hotels in Albufeira.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming Clients, ensuring their maximum satisfaction throughout their stay.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry and in the function;
• Communicative;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Total and immediate availability;
• Attendance and punctuality;
• Responsible;
• Personal organization and stress management;
• Flexibility of schedules;
• Languages: Portuguese and English.
