Terms & Conditions for Referral

Welcome to mGanik Group’s Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before submitting a referral.

Eligibility

• The referral program is open to individuals who are legally eligible to participate and comply with all applicable laws.
• Employees of mGanik Group may be eligible for the program, subject to internal policies.
• Self-referrals or referrals of individuals who have already applied or are in the hiring process will not be eligible.

Referral Process

• Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral platform, Recruitment Hotline number or email.
• The referred candidate must be informed about the referral and must consent to their details being shared with mGanik Group.
• A successful referral is defined as a candidate who is hired and remains employed for a specified minimum period (e.g., 3 months), as determined by mGanik Group.

Rewards & Incentives

• Eligible referrers may receive a reward for successful referrals, subject to program rules.
• The reward structure, payment method, and timing will be at the sole discretion of mGanik Group's HCPO.
• Taxes or deductions related to referral rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Privacy and Data Protection

• By submitting a referral, you consent to mGanik Group collecting and processing personal data for recruitment purposes.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• mGanik Group will handle all referral data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Disqualification and Program Changes

• mGanik Group reserves the right to reject referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Fraudulent, incomplete, or false referrals will lead to disqualification from the program.
• The referral program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
