Role Purpose

The Head of Business Unit plays a key role in leading the overall growth of mGanik Nutrition, overseeing the end-to-end business from product development, supply and distribution, to marketing and sales performance.

This role combines strategic direction and hands-on execution to ensure strong business growth, profitability, and brand performance in a fast-paced digital environment.

The Head of Business Unit is expected to have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, performance management, and data-driven decision-making, to effectively lead mGaniks marketing and sales ecosystem.

This position reports directly to the CEO/Founder and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and deliver sustainable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership

  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
  • Own and manage the full P&L, ensuring healthy margins and cost efficiency across all operations.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and channel innovations to drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO/Founder and Finance team in business planning, forecasting, and performance review.

2. Brand & Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Lead the brands strategic direction and ensure all marketing activities strengthen mGaniks position as a trusted natural solution for Diabetes Remission.
  • Oversee full-funnel digital marketing strategy from awareness to conversion.
  • Promote a data-driven culture: track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

3. Sales & Channel Growth

  • Drive sales multi-channel growth to expand reach and improve conversion.
  • Drive channel expansion and innovation, identifying and opening new sales opportunities or partnerships that can accelerate mGaniks market reach and business scalability.
  • Ensure sales strategy is well-aligned with brand direction, marketing funnel, and company objectives for sustainable growth.

4. Product Innovation & Consumer Insights

  • Collaborate with R&D teams to translate consumer insights and nutrition trends into innovative product solutions.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Champion innovation initiatives that merge health education, nutrition science, and commercial impact.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a young, multi-disciplinary team with a collaborative and coaching-based leadership approach.
  • Build a performance-driven culture focused on creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and clear communication to achieve shared goals across departments.
  • Empower the team to think strategically and execute with agility in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or Management) is a plus.
  • 812 years of professional experience in Nutrition/ FMCG/ Consumer Health, or Digital-First brands.
  • At least 3 years in managerial or leadership roles (Senior Brand Manager, Head of Marketing, or BU Lead).
  • Proven track record in digital marketing leadership including paid ads, CRM, conversion funnel optimization, and analytics.
  • Strong experience managing P&L and driving business growth across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights, branding, and creative communication.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Experienced in leading millennial and Gen-Z teams in a collaborative, dynamic, and high-speed environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about nutrition, wellness, and helping people achieve better health outcomes.
