Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and organized People Operations Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. Your primary mission is to ensure our payroll engine runs perfectly and our employee data remains flawless. You will play a critical role in supporting the HR team during a key period, focusing on payroll accuracy, compliance, and seamless administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time disbursement.
  • Manage and audit employee data within the HRIS, including attendance records, leaves, and personal files, to maintain high data integrity.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are met, including the calculation and reporting of PPh21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Assist in the operational side of the employee lifecycle, from preparing employment contracts to facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR administrative matters, providing clear and timely resolutions.
  • Partner closely with the Finance and HR teams to prepare accurate reports and ensure financial data reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, including PPh21 tax and BPJS regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and payroll software (familiarity with Excel for data validation is a must).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of integrity when handling confidential data, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice for the duration of the contract.
