KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Strategy & Planning (Execution-Level)

  • Develop content ideas based on campaign briefs and performance marketing goals.
  • Build storylines, creative concepts, and content angles that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Conduct audience research, trend analysis, and competitor reviews to ensure relevant and impactful content.
  • Provide creative perspectives and recommendations grounded in research insights.

2. Content Creation (Core Responsibility)

  • Manage end-to-end content production independently, including basic footage shooting, video editing, and simple visual assets for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Write scripts, hooks, and persuasive copy that strengthen narrative delivery.
  • Produce ready-to-publish content aligned with the content calendar.
  • Contribute actively to ensuring high-quality content across the full production process.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content Strategists to maintain content relevance and quality.
  • Partner with Creative Designers & Editors to execute more complex visual concepts.
  • Share feedback, insights, and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to elevate content execution.

4. Data, Review & Optimization

  • Evaluate content performance using metrics and qualitative insights.
  • Develop weekly improvement recommendations based on performance results.
  • Support simple A/B testing initiatives (e.g., thumbnails, copy, hooks).
  • Provide insights on creative optimization opportunities based on actual performance data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 13 years of experience in content creation, social media, copywriting, or creative production.
  • Able to shoot basic footage with strong visual quality for short-form content needs.
  • Skilled in scripting, creating hooks, and writing persuasive copy for performance marketing.
  • Familiar with paid media strategies, consumer journey, and campaign concepts.
  • Creative and highly aware of digital trends and content consumption patterns.
  • Proactive, critical thinker, and able to provide constructive input during production and brainstorming.
  • Detail-oriented, fast in execution, and strong in time management.
  • Communicative and comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic timeline environment.
  • Capable of working independently with clear briefs and content KPIs.

TOOLS MASTERY (Preferred)

  • Proficient with basic video editing and visual design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Basic, Canva).
  • Familiarity with content performance analytics tools is a plus.

NICE TO HAVE (Non-mandatory but gives a competitive edge)

  • Educational background in Nutrition, Health, or related fields, or experience creating nutrition/health-related educational content.
  • Experience producing educational content based on data or medical insights (e.g., diet, diabetes, wellness).
  • Familiarity with nutrition, wellness, or health-tech categories.
