We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for a healthcare services provider. The role will focus on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and optimising campaign performance across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media) and offline channels(events, ATL/BTL promotions).
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget to achieve cost efficiency and maximise ROAS.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and articles.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure content is relevant and audience-focused.
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media channels, developing content plans and analysing engagement metrics.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Partner with operations teams to design campaigns aligned with clinic services and customer needs.
  • Ensure all promotional activities reflect the brand and service standards of the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Public Relations.
  • 1-2 years in marketing, ideally with mix of digital & offline campaign experience.
  • Has worked in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, beauty/aesthetic, retail, or F&B services.
  • Comfortable managing both digital marketing performance and offline activation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid ads, but also familiar with event marketing & BTL campaigns.
  • Experience in budget management and achieving measurable ROI/ROAS.
  • Hands-on in managing websites & social media, including content planning and analytics.
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally (with Creative & Operations).
  • Data-driven yet customer-centric, understands service-based marketing.
