About the job People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning human capital initiatives with company goals. You are responsible for building high-performing teams, shaping organizational design, and ensuring that our people strategy directly drives business growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with department heads to design organizational structures and workforce plans that support long-term business scale.
  • Drive the end-to-end talent management cycle, including performance reviews, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees.
  • Identify skill gaps within the business and implement development strategies to elevate team capabilities.
  • Use data and people insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and the overall workplace experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR compliance, ensuring a fair and high-standard work environment.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of HR programs (onboarding, rewards, and internal policies) across the entire employee lifecycle.


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with a strong track record as an HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience in performance management, talent strategy, and organizational development.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and translate them into actionable people strategies.
  • Comfortable using data to identify trends, solve problems, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
