As a People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning human capital initiatives with company goals. You are responsible for building high-performing teams, shaping organizational design, and ensuring that our people strategy directly drives business growth.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with department heads to design organizational structures and workforce plans that support long-term business scale.
- Drive the end-to-end talent management cycle, including performance reviews, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees.
- Identify skill gaps within the business and implement development strategies to elevate team capabilities.
- Use data and people insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and the overall workplace experience.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR compliance, ensuring a fair and high-standard work environment.
- Oversee the seamless execution of HR programs (onboarding, rewards, and internal policies) across the entire employee lifecycle.
