Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor & contract manufacturing management, including evaluation, selection, and onboarding.
• Conduct price negotiations for RM/PM/Toll Fees based on TCO and lead the cooperation contract & SLA process.
• Develop cost optimisation strategies through alternative suppliers, price benchmarks, and BOM efficiency.
• Ensure contract manufacturer capacity readiness in line with productivity and SKU pipeline.
• Compile vendor scorecards, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement plans.
• Manage risk registers related to supply continuity, dual vendor strategy, and regulatory compliance (BPOM, Halal, GMP).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in PPIC/Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Maklon/Contract Manufacturing Management, ideally in FMCG, pharma, nutrition, dairy product, or beauty/personal care with startup environments.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing/maklon processes, RM/PM, QA compliance, and costing.
• Solid negotiation and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with contracts, SLAs, and vendor governance.
• Collaborative mindset, business-oriented, and able to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
