General Purpose:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Continuously assess and anticipate the HR needs of the organization and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Handle the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that it attracts top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and create workforce plans.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and oversee documentation related to employment, benefits, and personnel changes.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of training and development programs.
- Identify skills gaps and establish strategies for employee skill enhancement.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance-related bonuses.
- Lead the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage performance records and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Generate HR reports, including turnover, headcount, and diversity statistics.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies across the organization.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Advise the organization on legal and regulatory HR matters.
- Supervise and mentor HR staff, ensuring their professional development and performance.
Education and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in HR, with a focus on progressive leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
