About the job Customer Success Specialist
As part of our regional operations and customer success team, you will ensure our clients receive
smooth onboarding, reliable support, and continuous value from EPGs logistics and warehouse solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain excellent service quality and long-term satisfaction.
Your tasks will be as follows:
You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your existing client portfolio and either support the sales team in closing them or manage the process directly, depending on the opportunity.
You will manage long-term relationships with key customers across the Middle East.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, service reviews, and ongoing operational needs.
You will analyze customer performance, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements.
You will manage change requests end-to-end and providing continuous support for future rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business needs.
You will coordinate with technical, support, and consulting teams to resolve issues and optimize system usage.
You will monitor customer satisfaction and proactively manage renewal cycles.
You will prepare customer success reports, updates, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile includes the following qualifications:
You have 2-4 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or technical coordination.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy assisting customers.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing multiple tasks.
You are confident using CRM systems and ticketing tools.
You have a good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
You ideally have interest or exposure to logistics, SaaS, or warehouse technologies.
