About the job Group Sales Manager
Our Clients is a leading provider of engineering services for the telecom and power sectors across Africa and emerging markets. They are seeking to hire a Group Sales Manager.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages and monitors sales forecasting activities for the assigned markets.
2. Meets with clients in the assigned market(s), maintains clients relationships, negotiates and closes
deals.
3. Develops and increases sales revenues to meet assigned targets.
4. Updates Sales Report on a weekly basis showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed
client base expansion.
5. Analyzes the markets and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the participants ecosystem.
6. Evaluates market analysis to determine customers needs and price schedules.
7. Monitors and evaluates the activities, services and products of the competition.
8. Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.
Be aware of and complies to i engineerings IMS Policy.
Abides by i engineerings Local Legal and Client Requirements.
Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.
Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
6-10 years of experience in the similar field.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong sense of initiative and comfortable managing and working along with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of the sales ecosystem.
Ability to work from home.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BA in Business Administration or Sales.
Masters or equivalent is a plus.
