Branch Manager

Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services. Looking for a "Branch Manager" at their office in Riyadh.


Reporting Line: KSA Country Director

Salary to be discussed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehousing, transportation, and customer service to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, manage, and develop branch staff, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving escalated issues.
• Manage the branch budget, control costs, and drive profitability through business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in logistics/supply chain management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of KSA logistics operations, financial management, and customer service.
• Proven team leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
