Position Summary

Provide Management with information needed to control costs and monitor activities relating to all Cost Controls areas; food and beverage purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory variance.

Reporting to: Logistics Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

-Develop and implement logistics strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys growth objectives, optimizing supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all logistics functions.

-Oversee Transportation and Distribution activities.

-Prepare, manage, and monitor the logistics budget, seeking cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and aligning spending with overall company goals.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.

-Track, analyze, and report on key logistics metrics

-Inventory and Stock Management.

-Ensure logistics operations adhere to legal, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements.

-Proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain, implement risk mitigation strategies, and resolve any logistical challenges swiftly to minimize impact on operations.

Qualifications

Holder of a degree in business or equivalent

3 to 4 years of relevant experience

English and Arabic; French is a plus

Computer literacy
