They are seeking to hire an "Operations and Administration Support" in their office at Gebze, Istanbul. 

WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON:

  • Supporting orders and shipments, invoices, payments and reimbursements.
  • Performing administrative functions and collaborating with external consultants and HQ.
  • Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes.
  • Liaise with courier companies, custom brokers, clients and other suppliers.
  • Perform logistics operations, manage and optimize stock allocation according to company guidelines.

THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:

  • Good knowledge of ERP and information systems.
  • Knowledge in logistics and warehousing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English abilities.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
