Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.
We are looking for a Full-Time Talent Development Manager to join their team in Lebanon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational values and standards.
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department heads.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Lead succession planning and workforce planning efforts to identify and retain high-potential employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create learning and development solutions that enhance employee and organizational growth.
- Provide expertise in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure alignment with organizational culture and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, adjusting as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing talent management programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
