Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.

We are looking for a Full-Time Talent Development Manager to join their team in Lebanon.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational values and standards.
  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department heads.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
  • Lead succession planning and workforce planning efforts to identify and retain high-potential employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create learning and development solutions that enhance employee and organizational growth.
  • Provide expertise in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure alignment with organizational culture and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, adjusting as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing talent management programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
