Primary duties and responsibilities

Proposal development:

  • Conduct research supporting the development of the understanding of the situation and the perspective sections
  • Present research findings in PowerPoint presentations respecting firm guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of concise summaries of case studies
  • Organize, clean and align quals and CVs for proposals

Cross functional collaboration:

  • Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions with the AH Associates / Managers
  • Work effectively with cross functional teams mainly research Hub, and Business Operations to develop solid research content

Work management and structuring:

  • Work autonomously with the guidance of the AH Associates on different sections of the proposals and /or internal documents
  • Maintain a solid audit trail across performed research
  • Raise challenges on a timely basis, and contribute in their effective resolution
  • Seek timely feedback and act upon it
  • Collaborate effectively with other AH and beach associates creating a positive team spirit

Expertise aggregation and knowledge management:

  • Support the AH team in building the AH knowledge platform, by uploading and organizing relevant documents as needed
  • Support the AH manager / director in developing differentiated business collaterals (beyond proposals) for business development purposes

Quality assurance:

  • Maintain a high quality and accuracy of all facets of the deliverables


Knowledge, skills, and abilities

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 1 year of consulting experience
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, proven leadership, and team experiences
  • Effective use of computer tools, e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and databases
  • Strong research, analytics, and reasoning skills
