Responsibilities

Requirements Identification and Synthesis

  • Thrive for innovation and efficiency within the IFS functions by leveraging digital solutions and capabilities.
  • Develop thorough understanding of the operational processes and business requirements and suggest new automation/digitization opportunities.
  • Development and Testing
  • Identify potential technologies/solutions (within PwC or external), assess and recommend best alternatives.
  • Assist in leading the work with the PwC Tech team and/or technology suppliers/developers and designers to detail the specifications of the tools including, and not limited to, user journeys, user profiles, wireframes, and UI/UX.
  • Create automated/visual interfaces (e.g. Power BI) updated in real time to increase transparency, aid in decision-making, and enhance client deliverables (e.g. visual macro dashboards, benchmark packs, etc.).
  • Work closely with Technology teams to develop scripts that automate manual work.
  • Write, implement, troubleshoot and debug clean scalable code.
  • Recommend and execute program improvements.
  • Lead data preparation, cleansing and migration efforts with tech team and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in leading all testing efforts of new solutions including creating testing domains, dummy data, etc. as required.
  • Digital Knowledge
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies offered by the Firm to improve existing ways of doing things.
  • Participate in digital training, create technical documents and organize workshops across IFS.


Knowledge, skills and abilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience and/or understanding of knowledge management functions
  • Experience working on digitization and automation projects
  • Experience with G-Suite apps, data visualization products (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Experience with programming language (Javascript, SQL, Python, R)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
