Partner Relations

Coordinate with Partners, Partner Experience Associate Manager and all relevant IFS and xLoS teams on the below partner affairs:

Support Partner residency process in close coordination with the operations team.

Support Partner labour contracts preparation, signature and tracking.

Own and update all Partner related records (Partner attrition file, Partner residencies file and other Partner related databases).

Track actual versus budget for all Partner related charges (Partner meetings, Partner events, etc.) and report to Partner Experience Associate Manager.

Own and maintain Partner Experience Hub (internal portal for Partner reports and reference documents) and update it on a periodic basis.

Own and manage Leadership Team Calendar in close coordination with the Partner

Experience Associate Manager and the LoS Leaders EA.

Partner Journey

Assist in scheduling Partner induction and integration sessions by liaising with all stakeholders in close coordination with the Partner Experience Associate Manager.

Support Partner induction and integration processes in terms of attendance and feedback collection.

Internal Partner Admissions

Support the cross Line of Service Internal Partner Admission process:

Provide operational support to the process (schedule the mock panels, check attendance, collect feedback, etc.)

Compile the financials for IPA candidates through closely liaising with Finance.

Connect with the central partner office team on the financial elements of the IPA tool and ensure the data is accurately uploaded into the tool.

Other Support

Serve as an integral part of the team (assume project responsibilities, attend team calls, provide reciprocal vacation coverage).

Proactively participate in broader team improvement initiatives.

Support in ad-hoc assignments.

Job Overview Responsible for managing and maintaining Partner records, supporting residency and contract

processes, coordinating induction and admissions activities, and providing operational support across Partner Relations and leadership needs.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Qualifications

University Degree in Business Administration

2+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point), in particular excellent excel skills
