Job Title: Sales Executive – Medical Equipment

Key Responsibilities
Promote, market, and sell medical equipment directly to hospitals, clinics, and medical
centers.
Conduct regular field visits to healthcare institutions to present products and solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with healthcare
professionals and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close sales effectively.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure proper installation, training, and -sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to departmental growth.
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer data.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in medical equipment sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM Software.
Strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
Team player with a proactive mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
