Responsibilities

Lead creative concept development and execution

Lead the conceptualization, visual direction, and execution of creative projects.

Deliver a wide range of creative outputs, including social media assets, brochures and marketing collateral, viewpoints and reports, infographics, videos and storyboards, and

other visual communication materials - both static and animated - in support of marketing and communications initiatives.

Translate briefs into strong design concepts and high-quality creative deliverables.

Introduce innovative formats and design approaches aligned with current market trends and business needs.

Manage creative projects end to end

Own creative projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.

Partner with Marketing teams and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and propose viable creative solutions.

Manage and coordinate external creative vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, timelines, and brand standards.

Use sound judgment to flag risks, constraints, or trade-offs early and adjust plans accordingly.

Partner with Marketing and client stakeholders

Act as a creative partner to Marketing teams, helping shape solutions that support campaign and communication objectives.

Participate in project briefings and planning discussions with senior partners and other internal clients to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.

Communicate progress, feedback, and recommendations clearly and constructively.

Scale creative delivery through external capabilities and tools

Identify opportunities to expand and scale creative delivery through external vendors, partners, and emerging creative tools.

Leverage external capabilities to balance quality, speed, and complexity across creative projects.

Explore and recommend new creative tools, platforms, and workflows that enable more efficient, higher-impact creative production.

Ensure external capabilities and tools are integrated seamlessly into Strategy&s creative standards, brand guidelines, and ways of working.

Own creative quality, brand standards, and consistency

Ensure all creative output adheres to Strategy& brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards.

Review and sign off on creative deliverables developed by external vendors to ensure quality, originality, accuracy, consistency, and impact.

Maintain a strong focus on design effectiveness and attention to detail across all creative projects.

Champion creative craft and continuous improvement

Stay abreast of design, visual communication, and creative technology trends.

Bring fresh ideas and thoughtful experimentation to creative projects, while maintaining alignment with brand and business priorities.

Recommend tools, templates, and approaches that improve creative efficiency and quality.

Contribute to maintaining and evolving the firms creative portfolio and asset library.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

6+ years of experience delivering creative and design projects, ideally within professional

services, consulting, or similar environments

Experience leading creative projects end to end and working directly with internal

stakeholders and external vendors

Project management certification is a plus

Skills

Strong visual design and conceptual thinking skills

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain a high design quality while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Ability to remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices and to develop skill set and best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
