Responsibilities

Deliver integrated talent communications across internal and external audiences

Deliver innovative talent communications initiatives across internal employee audiences and external talent touchpoints.

Bring fresh ideas and thoughtful experimentation to community engagement, while ensuring alignment with the firms people narrative, brand voice, business priorities, and firm policies.

Shape how leadership messages, firm updates, and cultural narratives are communicated internally to build understanding, engagement, and trust.

Translate the firms people narrative and employee value proposition (EVP) into engaging campaigns, content, and storytelling across talent touchpoints.

Ensure talent communications are authentic, credible, compelling, and consistent, aligning internal talent messaging with the external employer brand.

Partner with Human Capital and Recruiting on talent priorities

Build strong working relationships with Recruiting and the wider Human Capital team to align talent communications with hiring priorities, workforce needs, and diversity ambitions.

Support campus recruitment and special program communications, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across touchpoints.

Champion talent initiatives that support attraction, engagement, and retention objectives.

Shape and deliver talent storytelling

Lead the development of creative, people-focused talent storytelling that is audience- appropriate, engaging, and aligned with the firms values and culture.

Work with Storytelling & Narrative and Creative teams to develop written, visual, and digital talent-facing content.

Provide clear inputs and direction to the Communications Specialist to support execution on internal channels.

Track performance and support continuous improvement

Track engagement and performance indicators for talent communications initiatives.

Support reporting and insight generation to inform improvements and refinements.

Share learnings and recommendations with the Community Engagement Manager to strengthen future talent engagement efforts.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in employer branding, communications, or related marketing

roles, ideally within professional services or similarly environments

Experience translating an employee value proposition (EVP) and people narrative into campaigns, content, and storytelling

Experience working closely with Human Capital, Recruiting, and marketing or creative teams

Exposure to campus recruitment, early-career programs, or talent-focused digital and social platforms is an advantage
